Klaviyo & Lifecycle Marketing
Email and SMS should be your best-margin channel by a mile. We build Klaviyo accounts that behave like proper revenue infrastructure: sharp segments, flows that cover the whole lifecycle, and a campaign calendar that isn’t guesswork.
Traffic, lifecycle and the revenue that follows.
A setup project first, then monthly if you'd like us to keep running it.
Your welcome flow is doing all the work.
Nearly every account we open looks the same: a welcome series, an abandoned cart, then a long silence. That silence is where most of the money is.
Email is 'that thing we do on Thursdays'.
One campaign a week to the whole list, open rates drifting down, and no real sense of what's working.
Four flows, and two of them are switched off.
Welcome, abandoned cart, and a post-purchase one somebody built in 2022 that nobody has read since.
Everyone gets the same email.
First-time buyers, loyal regulars and people who've never bought all get the same Thursday send. No wonder it isn't landing.
Fix the plumbing, then turn the taps on.
Flows first, because they run without anyone doing anything. Campaigns after, once there’s something worth sending people to.
- 01Week 1
Open the bonnet
We go through the account properly — deliverability, list health, what's actually firing, what's quietly been off for a year. There's usually revenue sitting right there.
An audit and a list of quick wins, most of them free.
- 02Weeks 2–5
Build the flows
Welcome, browse, cart, checkout, post-purchase, winback, replenishment — whichever your business actually needs, written in your voice and split-tested where it earns it.
A full lifecycle running on its own.
- 03Weeks 3–6
Sort the segments
Proper segmentation based on what people buy and how often, so the Thursday send stops going to everyone. Suppression rules too, which is half of deliverability.
Segments that mean something, and a calendar to use them with.
- 04Ongoing
Run it, or hand you the keys
Some people want us on it every month. Others want a walkthrough and to take it from there. Both are completely fine — we set it up so either works.
Monthly reporting, or a handover and your account back.
The whole lifecycle, not just the cart.
From the first visit to the fourth reorder.

The questions we always get asked
We're not on Klaviyo. Does that matter?
Not much. Klaviyo is what we'd recommend for Shopify, but we've worked in most of the others. If you're happy where you are, we'll work there.
Will you write the emails?
Yes — copy and design are both included. Flows are only as good as what’s in them, and handing you empty templates would be a bit cheeky.
How much extra revenue should we expect?
Email and SMS commonly land somewhere between 20% and 35% of total revenue for a healthy Shopify store. If you're well under that, there's usually plenty of room. We'll give you a realistic number after the audit rather than before it.
Can we take it over afterwards?
Of course. It's your account, everything's documented, and we'll walk your team through it. Plenty of clients run it themselves after the build.
Is SMS worth bothering with?
For some businesses, very. For others it's an expensive way to annoy people. It depends on your margins and how often people buy — we'll be straight with you.
