How it works

One team. Every discipline in house.

You send us the problem. We scope it, put the right person on it, and stay accountable for the result. You never manage more than one relationship, and it is never handed to someone you have not met.

We started Skulpt in Liverpool in 2023 with one client and a strong opinion: most Shopify agencies sell redesigns because redesigns are easy to sell, not because they make anyone money. We'd rather be judged on the numbers.

So we built the business the other way round. Skulpt is a small, senior, in-house team — development, design, CRO, Klaviyo, SEO and paid under one roof. Nobody is on your account because they were free that month, and nothing is quietly passed to a subcontractor.

It means you can bring us a problem before you know which discipline it belongs to. Working out that part is the job.
